What are the delivery times?
Our standard delivery times are 7 to 12 business days once the order has been shipped. We work closely with our manufacturers to guarantee you the best prices, which explains these delivery times. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Is delivery free?
Currently, we are happy to offer free standard delivery across our entire store, with no minimum purchase!

Are the toys safe for children?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our wooden toys and educational materials strictly comply with current safety standards and are designed with non-toxic water-based paints and perfectly rounded edges.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 14-day "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee from the receipt of your package. If the product does not suit you, contact our support and we will provide you with the return procedure.
